Book Review: Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince

Harry Potter is in his bedroom. He is waiting for Dumbledore to visit him at the Dursleys house at Privet Drive.  But for some reason Harry is wondering what is so important that Dumbledore can't wait to tell Harry in a couple of week to get back to Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry. Harry is in his sixth year with his two best friends Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley, as they journey through lessons of magic Harry finds a book that belongs to the Half Blood Prince. The book that he uses has the right answers to it and it makes him beat Hermione in class.  But now Harry is obsessed with the book he is determined to steal the book and find out who is the Half Blood Prince. When Hermione gets suspicious about him using that book all the time she demands to know who the owner of the book to know it’s secrets.  She finally gets information about who owns the wonderful book with a little help from Ginny Weasley who is Ron’s younger sister.  She likes to find out who is the Half Blood Prince. When Harry goes to the tower with Dumbledore he is told that he has to try and find the other two horcruxes.  Harry has destroyed one horcrux which was Tom Riddle’s diary and he has to destroy the one Dumbledore has given him which is a necklace that can only be destroyed with a sword.


I recommend this to children ages 11-15 because it has difficult words and has a lot of imagination and mysteries to it. If you love magic then you will love this book by the amazing a
